I was almost concerned that it did not come with a soft pad that the originals came with, but that not even a problem. I had my controllers mounted to my glass top table without any problems. There was no communication required. The 5-stars on communication was to merely avoid dinging this e-bay seller from any negative points from me!

They immediately sent me a replacement overnight. Hot Tip, heat the flagpole up a little with a heat gun or hairdryer and drive the adapter in slowly. Worked like a charm. Absolutely awesome customer service and very satisfied with the product.
