Seller sent item swiftly. Seller also meticulously and diligently made every effort to ensure the breakable parts did not break. Despite the item being well packaged and also having FRAGILE stickers all over the package, the ceramic insert arrived broken. I in no way blame the seller, but whoever handled the package. I requested a refund and they agreed to refund my money.
