Through the use of personalised directions and explanations of exercise routines, the patients' ability to closely follow a prescribed treatment or training regimen should be enhanced. Key features include the ability to: select and customise back activities to suit the patient/client; develop progressive treatment or training plans; and print hard copies of customised plans for patient/client use. Once a customised series of activities has been developed, the plan can be saved and modified when necessary to accommodate the changing needs of patients and clients.
