The only downside is that the slats base of the cubby house needs to be a bit thicker. My 2.5 yo was jumping on it and it seem to be wobbly like it would break. And also would recommend smoothing it through slightly with some sand paper to get rid of splinters on the slats, steps etc. Overall, it does look great!

Instructions were on Scan, very disappointing as printer not working. 2 missing pieces, needed to purchase from bunnings. Not enough screws ,bolts. Handyman used own. Charged extra for difficult with no Instructions. Otherwise, finally up after hard work.

There was no issue at all and they offered a cheaper rate if I wanted to keep the item but I asked for a replacement. The seller replied that they would review the matter within two days and on the Monday they organised to send me another unit. Can’t fault there customer service at all and I wouldn’t have a problem dealing with this company in the future.
