Item was just as described (near new) and I had excellent communication with this seller. The item arrived much sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the item could have been packaged better as the packaging was torn in places, exposing the the dust jacket of the book when I received it. Overall, a positive transaction.

Sharpe's Honour Sinister forces are at work when false accusations of adultery propel Sharpe into a duel over a woman he has never even met. Duels are forbidden in Wellington's army, and it is only the wily Major Nairn that keeps Sharpe from a court martial. However, when Sharpe's Spanish opponent is murdered in cold blood, even Nairn can't save him. A trial is held, and Sharpe is condemned to hang... Sharpe's Gold Desperately short of men, Wellington is obliged to buy back English deserters captured by the Spanish partisan, El Casco. The bloodthirsty El Casco is known to torture French prisoners for pleasure. If he is thwarted, his English captives could meet the same fate. Wellington decides this is a mission for Richard Sharpe...

  • Sharpe's Review!

I am a keen fan of Alice Krige (La Marquesa) & Sean Bean (Sharpe). To see them in same film was a treat! Both wonderful actors & I was kept gripped by the film's story. A great view of the awkward war. I've enjoyed Sharpe previously & felt I had to buy this! Will be enjoyed many more times! :)
