Love it - worth the investment
We have wooden floors and got this purely for the mopping function. It performs well and the only issues I have is (a) you need to use their cleaning solution - surely you can use others or basic cleaning products (b) to perform well you have to move it really slowly so for large areas it will take time but that’s understandable, (c) it is a tad tedious to empty the dirty water basket in between uses but once you get the hang of it is easy. It holds its charge really well and is well built. It self cleans well too. If this lasts me a 5 years then I’m definitely happy with the purchase. Average product at a very high price
Overall the product is built well but it doesn't clean hardwood/laminate floors as you would expect. It can take between 5 and 10 passes to clean an area and it still doesn't remove any sticky/food stains so you have to spot clean again with a mop.

My floors weren’t clean before this!
As a mum with a toddler, a husband and two cats I was struggling to keep my floors clean. And even after I managed to find time to both vacuum and mop the floors just weren’t clean. The bissell makes this all so much easier! It’s super easy to push around (much easier than my mop) and I can rest assured the clean is scrubbed clean after a slow pass over. I find it easy to clean. Worth the few minutes to clean knowing I have a clean floor in half the time. I just got it a week ago so interested to see how many years it last for.
