I received the manual in the mail today, a couple of hours after I sent a notification to the seller that it had not yet arrived. It was initially due between 4/17 and 4/23, which was 1 to 2 weeks. I am pleased with the purchase and the delay in shipping was through no fault of the seller. It is exactly as depicted in the ad.
