    Thin and soft

    This is good for small green wood and weeds I tried using it to sharpen some tool handles to fit axe head and it’s already lost it’s edge after a few minutes

    Almost 3 times cheaper than the equivalent product at Bunnings. Good quality and does the job of cutting back vegetation well. Product arrived promptly and well packed. So glad I got such a good deal!

    Tool Of My Trade For Years.

    I feel the bad reviews are unfounded. These were my tool of trade in tropical agriculture and saw many years of extreme hard work. Only after years of sharpening did they need replacing as the blade reduced in surface and weight. I would shave, sandpaper and oil the handle to be a comfortable grip for long hours of use. A wise worker looks after his tools and knows their intended purpose.

    Handle is not hardwood and fails to hold blade securely.

    The handle is not hardwood...after an hour or so of use the blade begins to loosen and the rivets also begin to lose their grip.The handle is made of wood not hard enough to contain the rivets that work loose. Next job for me is to make a new proper hardwood handle and fix securely,
