I was very relieved to be able to find the toothbrush handle so I didn't have to throw out the very expensive heads. I got this order quickly and it was indeed new and works perfectly. Thank you to a great seller!

This Shark vacuum was clearly designed to be replaced as apposed to fixed. New parts are nonexistent and it is constructed with fasteners designed to inhibit opening the cases.
