Dazu zahlen ein kurzer Abriss des Controllings und Projektcontrollings sowie dessen Aufgaben, eine kurze Beschreibung der wesentlichen Aufgaben des Baustellencontrollings und der daraus abgeleiteten Zielsetzung des Soll-/Ist-Vergleiches. Daran anschlieend werden die Randbedingungen fur das Baustellencontrolling aufgefuhrt, die Probleme bei der Zeitnahe des Soll-/Ist-Vergleiches mit verursachen bzw. eine Verkurzung der Dauer erforderlich machen. Sodann wird eine vertiefende Beschreibung der Bestandteile, des Ablaufs und der Instrumente des Soll-/Ist-Vergleiches aufgefuhrt, um abschlieend die wesentlichen Probleme des Soll-/Ist-Vergleiches bei Bauprojekten zu betrachten. Das dritte Kapitel bietet einen Uberblick uber das Management-Informationssystem (MIS) Aristoteles, das momentan bei der Hochtief Construction AG im Einsatz ist. Dabei werden die wesentlichen Module dieses Systems und ihr Anteil an der Erstellung des Soll-/Ist-Vergleiches fur Bauprojekte naher beschrieben. Eine vertiefte Betrachtung gilt dem projektbegleitenden Modul KUBUS und seinen Funktionalitaten. Im vierten Kapitel wird der Ablauf der Erstellung des Soll-/Ist-Vergleiches mit dem MIS Aristoteles, d. h. mit Hilfe eines Praxisbeispiels, naher untersucht. Darunter fallen die Arbeitsschritte bei der Aktualisierung der Arbeitskalkulation, der Mengenmeldung und Leistungsermittlung, der Ist-Kosten-Abgrenzung sowie der Erzeugung der Berichte zum Soll-/Ist-Vergleich.
