Die dargestellten Studienergebnisse finden bei der Gestaltung der Massnahmen eine besondere Berucksichtigung. Durch die Nutzung von Onlinemedien soll ein effizientes und zielgerichtetes Recruiting ermoeglicht werden. Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (nachfolgend KMU) spielen in Deutschland eine bedeutende Rolle. UEber 99 % aller deutschen Unternehmen gehoeren dieser Gruppe an. Da sie jedoch lediglich ein enges Produkt- oder Dienstleistungsspektrum anbieten und oftmals nur in einer engen geographischen Region um ihren Standort agieren, sind sie in der OEffentlichkeit und damit auch potenziellen Bewerber haufig wenig prasent. Dabei verfugen sie durchaus uber einzigartige Merkmale und Vorteile gegenuber Grossunternehmen, die sie als Arbeitgeber attraktiv machen. Sie kommunizieren diese nur nicht in ausreichendem Masse bzw. erreichen nicht die von ihnen gewunschte Zielgruppe. In einer Umfrage unter 1000 Mittelstandsunternehmen schatzten je 64 % der Teilnehmer die Bindung von guten Mitarbeitern an das Unternehmen und die Gewinnung qualifizierter Mitarbeiter als Thema mit besonderer Wichtigkeit in den nachsten drei Jahren ein.

The only downside was the item could have been packaged better as the packaging was torn in places, exposing the the dust jacket of the book when I received it. Overall, a positive transaction.
