I needed to contact Bosch Customer Service and Allan was so very helpful and assisted with the extended warranty registration. The whipper snipper is great and works well. I have a lot of hard concrete edging so the line needs regular attention but this has been the case with every edger over the 17 years that I have lived here. The hedge trimmer also is a winner althought i would like it to be longer and clip to the tip. OVERALL - a great Garden Kit at a really good price & 3year warranty.

Whilst I am happy overall with my purchase, I had a lot of trouble with the instructions this time (for the whipper snipper). The basic instructions were confusing to say the least. It was a struggle to put together because of conflicting instructions and which steps to take first. I've made several purchases through Bosch and this is the first time I've had difficulties.
