    All I can say is, WOW...

    WOW!! I was a little suspect at first... A 4-slice toaster, dual controls, digital readout, etc. for "this price"! But tried it anyway... and I'm SURE GLAD I DID! Toasts evenly. Settings are easy to read. And heck, the digital readout even has time time (minutes/seconds) remaining until done!! All I can say is, WOW...

    Don’t buy, save your money buy a different brand

    I was so confident this toaster would be as good as black and decker it replaced that I threw the packaging out before I even used it, That was a huge mistake. This toaster weighed half of what the old one weighed it was a sign of things to come. I received it in November and only used the left 2 slots the first week and it seemed fine, toasted both sides of bread pretty evenly. My wife decided to makes toast using the right side,it wouldn’t toast either side of the bread even at the highest setting. Now the left side only does one side of bread and it is getting less and less on that side of the bread. The crumb removal door will no longer stay closed, chord storage a joke.

    this toaster worth the money

    I don't use my toaster every day, but this one works very well. You have to figure out how light or dark you like your toast, but it's worth the effort. It also has a feature for your frozen items like pancakes and french toast, which is nice. I recommend this product.

    If I would have known it doesn't toast toast only on one side I would have never bought it

    I thought it would be a lot better it's okay just that it has a button for off a button for warm a button for defrost and a button for bagel nothing but toast so only toast one side on the on the slice of bread so no I'm not happy with it I thought I was going to be happy with it but I'm not and if I could return it I would return it
