Description of item is in imperial and metric, item arrives in imperial only. Australia is a country that has worked in imperial measurement since 1971, so why would I be sent a measuring instrument that measures in imperial only. Poor packaging for precision instrument that arrived bent, in soft packaging. I'm not interested in wasting my time, communicating with this seller, who can't be bothered to at least, package what they are selling properly...

Item as described, unfortunately it was packed very badly and arrived damaged. It was not usable for the intended purpose, baking tray, bent and buckled. Refund or replacement was requested, the seller was only offering a partial refund. After lodging a request for help from eBay a full refund was finally processed after multiple offers of a partial refund from the seller. Looking at other reviews this has happened to other buyers.
