quick postage, the belt is nice, however a bit looser than I would have liked. I had to put another notch in it to make it tighter, but you can only do one as it is too hard to be able to actually close it due to the widening part of the tongue, so it isn't as light as I would have liked but is still ok. I would class this as a L size belt rather than one size
