I own a Crosstrek and the thread length is longer than the factory tow hook. With this, I installed this on the back port, and due to the difference in length, the shackle cannot be tight and level. It hangs to the side because of this issue. I tried to contact the seller for assistance, but no response whatsoever after a week and multiple messages.
