During calls my voice sounded garbled or muffelled for people on the other end. I went through all the normal level 1 stuff, resetting them, making sure they were on the latest firmware, swapping them out for a different pair to see if the issue persisted, which it did not, trying them out in a different device, and making sure the mics were free of debris. Soundcore replaced them, we'll see
