It appeared some parts fell out of the damaged box. I took pics and contacted the seller. RIGHT AWAY, they shipped out the missing parts including hardware and instructions. BEAUTIFUL powder coated product! VERY pleased with the bars AND the seller. They did a GR8 job fixing DHLs mess. Definitely would buy from IBEX again.
