I'm not exagerating as that 40yrs is how long I've had restless legs. Funny thing it also seems to have eased the arthritis in my back, hip & knees too. It's not advertised for this but maybe as I've not been thrashing around all night it helped with my joint problems. The item is of very good quality & comes with washing instructions but I'm using a good quality cotton duvet cover with mine to keep it clean for longer.
