Paid for this item, item didn't arrive when stated so contacted seller saying to cancel and refund item as not received when it said it would be here. Abruptly told, I choised 3-5 day delivery, yet it said would be here Saturday. Told them want refund and will leave negative feedback for bad customer service, told "don't threaten us with bad feedback as we will report to ebay to and get your account closed." pity I can't attach copy of email sent to me..

Despatched quickly & it worked a treat - exactly as described. Great seller, thanks! Though despatched quickly, Royal Mail took their time to deliver, presumably to give them extra time to jump up & down on the parcel judging by how crushed the tin was.
