A classic cookbook that I’m happy to have in my collection
I’m an avid home chef and I also remember going to Lutèce as a kid. I’m so happy to have tracked this book down and really look forward to preparing these classic French recipes. They are written extremely clearly.
I already ad read a short bio on Andre Soltner whom I greatly respect.Great chef great person.
