Easy to retrofit to my existing machine using the existing drive belt. I had to drill new mounting holes as the belt was too long to tension given the smaller diameter of the new motor. The controller was really simple to program. I wanted a slow start up and minimum speed. A couple of button presses and it was sorted. Really happy with it.
