    A word from #2607.

    I bought this book in Dec.2006, when it was stated that only 3000 were going to be published. I'm the proud owner of #2607. My copy is a massive hardback with an original B&W photo from Big Sur (I think) in a paper cornered frame affixed to the inside of the front cover. It came in a fit cardboard box with the Gonzo fist on the front. It also contained a Gonzo Bumper sticker inside. Then, I find that they are goping to do a publishing run in '07. I haven't seen a copy of this run, but I hope it's nothing compared to the $300.00 book I purchased. I hope you did us, the first 3000 people to buy this book @ 300 usd per copy, justice Col. Depp. Let me say this: If you have read the Good Doctors many pieces, then this book is nothing short of a treasure. If you haven't read most of ...

    Gonzo by Hunter S. Thompson is a great choice

    This book has many fantastic photos. If you have read a great deal of his books, then you will surely appreciate the photos taken. A lot you will recognize just from your recollection of chapters in his many other books. Great rare photos and witty quotes fill the pages. A great find and sure to be worth something in the coming years.

    Gonzo by Hunter S. Thompson

    This is a must have for the HST fan. Great photos and hand scrawled notes, naked photos of woman in a Nixon mask. Interesting forward by Col Johnny Depp and I think Hunter would have approved. It is missing the photo showing the moment Hunter was launched into the atmosphere with all the fireworks but has a nice picture of the two thumbed monument to Gonzo.
