Waited 8 days then asked why it hadn't been sent. Told it had. Checked tracking and it hadn't. Asked for refund and cancel and was refused and just a continuous lie of it had been sent. Part of it was finally sent 12 days after order with them continuing to deny that they hadn't sent it. Do not use these liars. Just refusing to cancel and refund order and outright lying about sending items. Also the cushions were vac sealed to nothing so once opened they are all creased and horrible.
