      A daily ritual

      This has work for me for years. A great drink to keep me regular and prevent "bloating". It also staves off hunger. Adjust the dose by adjusting the amount of water you soak it in so you don't get abdominal cramps. Perfect for the holidays and helps you stick to your diet.

      This tea gets you going!!! Literally!!!

      I'm chronically constipated, have been since childhood. It's not uncommon for me not to have a bm for a month. As you can imagine that causes quite a back up and it becomes a literal struggle to get the "bricks" out! I only recently found out that we should all go at least once a day...who knew??? I guess just not me. I've tried changing my diet to help me go at least once every other day and had resorted to laxatives. That all worked but inconsistently and the laxatives give me terrible cramps/gas/bloating or I had to drink an insane amount of water for it to work. This tea is AMAZING for me!!!
