The item I received did not match the photos in the listing (by serial number) and was damaged. Also the packaging was not adequate. Sending a camera lens in a padded envelope is not the best. However, the seller was very helpful and concerned to make good. I was given a substantial partial refund so rated as positive.

My package came tightly and neatly padded, wrapped taped, and secured. I opened it and was extremely confused because this Katsura was better than what is actually shown.
