Bad quality chair the welding around the base cut my finger the base had a ripe in it the instructions does not have a number 4 nothing on how the massage switch works. And there was a large indent on the footrest that has not changed. Please look at pics.

Very dissapointed the Item I received was not what was advertised. The Item received was white, the ad said beige. The Seller had many reasons but refused to admit they made the error. The Seller should state white as labelled on the Box in the ad because beige is a very different colour. I could have sent it back elected not to. Offered a token $35 refund not good enough for a $400 order & there mistake.
