no issues with seller. Product has a tough seat - its uncomfortable to sit on it. Feels like you're sitting on a wooden board! The massager needs to be plugged into a USB port to power it and there's no pockets on the chair to store a battery, something to keep in mind. Massager stops working for no reason when pressure is applied to it (like leaning back); I'm assuming a soldering issue with the wiring. Leans back well and the footrest is nice.

Very dissapointed the Item I received was not what was advertised. The Item received was white, the ad said beige. The Seller had many reasons but refused to admit they made the error. The Seller should state white as labelled on the Box in the ad because beige is a very different colour. I could have sent it back elected not to. Offered a token $35 refund not good enough for a $400 order & there mistake.
