No problems with the packaging or delivery. Toaster was a bit cheaper-looking and more flimsy than I had expected. Seems to work, with a bit of uneven browning, but the plastic sides do get very hot, I worry that it might melt or even catch fire. I wish I had bought a better quality one noiw.
