Directions are lacking and connections awkward.
The difficulty level on the box shows "1," but adults in our house had trouble with this because the directions are not that clear and we got easily frustrated. Having the pieces more distinct would help because even figuring out which part matches the picture is a challenge! We gave this to a 7-year-old and it was quite the challenge for them, so I wouldn't recommend for anyone under 10. That said, after a 12 year old stepped in to help, they were able to complete the toy so that it looked mostly correct and they said they enjoyed it.
