Can’ but praise the wonderful experience I had with Rose. Being a senior, I think I had a senior moment, where I mixed up shipments that I had received and incorrectly thought I was sent the wrong item. Rose patiently believed that that might have happened that the wrong one was sent but asked me to check again. She was willing to refund purchase and she would send another. Finally my wife reminded me that I do sometimes get things mixed up. Sure enough, I did. Thankfully , all is well. Ken
