This item has arrived. It will do the job, but I have suggestion that for the elderly people, instead of the bib fastening at the back of the neck, the material should extend round the neck, and fasten on the top of the bib on either the left or right side. That would make it easier for the aged persons like myself who live on their own, and have diminished feeling in the hands, and who have fingers that feel like thumbs. Apart from that, the bib is long enough to put it under the plate.
