It was packaged very well to make sure there were no issues affecting quality during the shipping process. The price paid for the items + shipping was extremely fair. In the description it says the item is in "great condition". It is not. At all. But thats the reason I made the purchace. I contacted the seller and voiced my issue with the item. Only to basically be told "I didnt know" and was offered a refund of $25. The sell price was $89.00, after taxes and shipping it was $101.71 total. So i still paid around $75 for this. Not mentioning the bad packaging

She communicated timely and answered all questions and concerns, seems very friendly. Figure arrived safely, in excellent condition and is exactly what I expected. Only downside was shipping took far longer than expected but that is NOT the sellers fault. She got it out when she said she would.
