- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSeem reasonable quality but it is hard to use. the locking tab is not both locked in at the same time when pull the ladder up, you need manually push the bar for it to lock in on one or both sides. if you want to use it not fully extended then you need strap to tie the remaining bar together otherwise it is very dangerous when get on it.

Struggled a little with it at first as I didn't realise it had to be completely extended in order for each step to lock in. Another person who left feedback helped with that. It's sturdy and feels safe when using. The steps are a bit far apart if you have bad knees however will not stop me using it and being pleased with its performance. I suggest an instruction sheet be included with the ladder as will save time for buyers. Happy buyer!!!

They were an easy company to deal with and posted the replacement in a timely manner I would be happy to deal with this company again. good value for money and the quality of the replacement was as I would expect it to be.
