I had asked for the controller shell to be personalized and it was not on both controllers ordered. There are also small cracks in the image of the controller. I messaged the seller and attached images, they responded saying they would fix it and would send me the tracking number when shipped. That was almost 2 weeks ago. A week after initial contact I messaged again asking if they had been shipped. No response. Was to be Xmas presents for kids, really disappointed.
