    Good BASIC phone

    Phone was easy to install and ringer is loud enough to hear in the kitchen. Promo copy said it had "Hand set volume control" but all that does is turn the ringer volume off and on which isn't very useful. No instructions come with the phone. For the price if you feel comfortable setting up the phone and have a wall jack already installed it works well.

    not great loved the idea but after repacing the wall jack I was still not able to use the phone. The vendor was great I informed that I couldnt get the phone to work and wanted to send back, got an email that they were refunding me my money and that I could dispose it locally. ml1156

    High Quality, Unbeatable Price

    it is well made, no scratches or plastic flashing. It fit exactly where the defunct phone was. the sound quality is much better. the keys in the key pad of the old phone would stick down. The keys on the new phone have good feel and work perfectly.

    Best thing that I can say about it is that it's red, shiny and looks OK on my kitchen wall.

    The ring quality cannot be heard unless I'm right in the kitchen next to it. Also,I would have preferred to have the dialing in the handset and being able to walk away from the base with the handset.
