It's been a month ( october 1st 2023) since I've placed an order with this seller. Item was supposed to arrive on November 9th. I still didn't receive it and I am still unable to locate the item. Tracking number provided by the seller is inaccurate and not recognized by the supposed carrier. I tried to contact seller to give them chance to address the issue but to date the seller has not responded
