This seller was very communicative and helpful. I was worried this item would not be delivered when promised, and it was a couple of weeks for the shipping info was posted, which I thought would delay the item since the seller was in India. Not only did the item arrive 2 weeks earlier than promised, it was beautifully boxed…and the saddle is gorgeous! Seller was responsive and delivered! Excellent experience!
