Davidcoy couldn't have been more helpful: easy ordering, clear notification of delivery, great price etc. The issue was with delivery: A padded envelope arrived, slit open at the side and empty, so no item. I followed up at the sorting office: no joy and customer Service wouldn't let me claim for a business delivery. Davidcoy refunded without hesitation.
