The 36v makes a huge difference and the power it puts out is amazing and makes my 18v Stanley Whipper Snipper feel like a kid's toy the Bosch outshines it in every way. It's light enough for an older bloke like me. If I were to be picky the strap is a little short even when a max length but overall, I am very happy and it's great value for the money

The trigger blew out on my orignal, I contacted Bosch because it was still under warranty. I was told the trigger was not covered under the warranty but they sent me out a free replacement anyway. With customer service like that you have a customer for life, thank you very much & keep up the good work.
