The trigger blew out on my orignal, I contacted Bosch because it was still under warranty. I was told the trigger was not covered under the warranty but they sent me out a free replacement anyway. With customer service like that you have a customer for life, thank you very much & keep up the good work.

Why ask for delivery instructions if the driver doesnt follow them. I wanted delivery to be placed under an outdoor seat to the side of the front door, driver didnt even look for it.
