This unit was sold to me as brand new. I did not receive a new unit but what happened is that an old unit was put into a opened manufactures box and pass for a new device. The packing from the box was not from the manufacture. Only bubble wrap.
This item is not new. It has warn marks on the back and the fan switch only works intermittently. And of course they say no returns for this item. I want a full refund.
