I started this Back and forth email Apr 1 today is Apr4. I want a full refund all past agreements are off the table. Even the back of the this Unit dose not match the one in your listing. Product install was pretty much plug and play even with all the trial and error I dealt with it only took two days without proper instructions, as for the product it’s pretty much getting what you paid for, screen glitches whenever scrolling, options for software updates are nonexistent, sound quality is good but doesn’t sound like the factory setup and the the screen tends to black out occasionally.
