Customer service was excellent hands down. The exhaust itself was ok. I had to seriously modify the hardware to have it fit on my fz6. Mid pipe was fine easy to install. One muffler came shorter than the other. I reached out to them and they sent me another one at no charge. Unfortunately they just sent me another right sided one(logo on the same side) so I jus ended up using the short one and the long one it took quite a bit of finessing but I got it hooked up.
