I wasn't inform about pick up so I was waiting untill checking with Australia Post . My delivery wasn't on time but the seller posted the next day. I am marking as on time.

There was no issue at all and they offered a cheaper rate if I wanted to keep the item but I asked for a replacement. The seller replied that they would review the matter within two days and on the Monday they organised to send me another unit.
