Item was as described, but not as presented in the photos. The written description technically matches but the photo suggested I was getting the fully sealed bags and extra pieces. Thought that was a nice bonus for the price I was paying but the sealed bag/parts were not shipped. It’s JUST the figure and the pictures should represent that.

To clarify, the way to prove a never-built figure is from a factory-sealed bag, not built then taken apart, is to show it factory-sealed. Since the parts are still sealed in the bag until you buy them, I can only photograph the bag. Aside from the description explaining this, the listing category was figures, not bags, and the details say 'type: minifigure', 'pieces: 5'. eBay's design and policy is for buyers to read listing descriptions for context; they don't allow adding text notes to images.
