When the item eventually arrived it was not what I had ordered, I contacted the seller and after a number of emails over and back they said they did not have what I had ordered and what the pictures on the ad displayed, disappointing service to say the least, the item is not even close to what was ordered, it doesn’t have the sections where the screws go in to hold it into the vacuum.

Not exactly what I was expecting, I recieved one perfect item and the second pack was the wrong style and did not suit my needs. After emailing back and forth, I did get a refund for the wrong item so was pleased enough with the result. The item that was correct works perfectly and I would recommend though.
