From what i understand, certified refurbisjed is something like new even physically but there are scratches on the unit and no manuals and not complete what should be in the box. But since the unit is still working as it should, i will still give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the item and seller thank you

Shipping took forever, customer service improved after a few attempts at trying to get a battery covered shipped out. They sent a replacement sensor at no charge - didn t need me to ship back the entire package - and offered a partial refund because of my disatisifaction of their QC dept. Items received were in like new (even with the missing cover for the sensor). Packaging was just a simple plastic bag. I currently run eufy cameras, and am glad I m able to get this sensor and camera setup. Thx
