I suspected something was up buying a $60 ratchet for $14. Sure enough, when it arrived, it hardly moved and was almost completely stuck. But I took it apart, only had to remove two screws. Sprayed it with Kroil, and now it's good as new.
Neutral feedback from a dishonest seller who clearly knew it was broken and didn't state it in the description. But I am not giving negative feedback because it was a very easy fix.
