Mercury had separated and red Max. temperature indicator was missing. 1st contact seller offered 30% refund and I get it fixed locally, I advised not possible it's a glass tube. 2nd contact seller offered 50% and they would not give me a bad rating. 3rd contact seller offered 100% refund if I did not give them a bad rating. I don't like being blackmailed so arranged refund through PayPal.
